Average stay, very poor customer service

Writing this review whilst still at the pullman g, bangkok got another 2 days here The hotel itself is at best a 4 star no ways we would consider this a 5 star. Cons #The property doesn't look brand new, the carpets are dirty, plumbing issues ,make a lot of noise and vibration when using the shower or the wash basin. # The worst is the service right from the front desk to breakfast. We came at 12 pm to check in we were told the room is ready and we can check in now ,but after a minute were advised can only do early check in if we pay 2000 bhat deposit or if we sign up to be a Accor member.We advised the staff that we are already a Accor member but we then told we need to wait 1 hour. No issues, we stored our luggage but when we came back one of our small bag was missing, we asked the front desk and he just said sorry we dont have, we told him how can they loose it as gave it to the girl 1 hr before. Finally after 15 mins the staff found our bag. NO APOLOGIES NO NOTHING, ZERO customer service !!! # Breakfast was ok, just a normal spread we find at any 4 star, nothing exceptional and very average.. #Ordered a omelette and got a watery scrambled egg or something or this sort with uncooked egg. See attached photo, this is how it was servered to us . We returned it back as it was not an omelette and could see raw egg in there. Again NO APOLOGIES, NO SORRY. The staff doesn't even tell us if they will get a new one made no nothing !!! just took the plate away and we had to ourselves order another omelette using the order paper. ZERO SERVICE.. PROS Good location Big rooms Bath and shower both in the bathroom Good housekeeping team very helpful We would not stay here again, there are plenty of better options available in the same vicinity for the same dollars we spend here with better customer service. Really disappointed with this property, hope the management takes a note and provides some customer service training to their staff

Really good service from MY, IM and their team. It’s our first time at Pullman Bangkok G and both of us were received with a very warm and personalised welcome to make our stay extra special. The hospitality extended by everyone here is exceptional and we look forward to be back again here soon.

Pullman G Silom - Excellent service! We definitely stay here again. Thanks Opal and Chompoo and Copter ,Geng for your excellent service! They provide us with good room and the good view i also like the breakfast gym and swimming pool i will be back for sure

Really nice view hotel and reasonable price with the beautiful and kind stuff working. The hotel is really huge, nice location and nice pool view and u can explore around hotel areas . Nice to stay at this hotel and i stay for one night , next time i will probably choose this hotel again and again , This hotel is 10/10
